1. Inquire with your party date, location, and equipment requirements.
2. Once date and equipment are confirmed available, you will receive our booking form.
3. A non-refundable £50 booking fee secures your calendar slot. Full payment is due 14 days prior to hire.
4. Damage deposit: £50 (£100 for Luxe/Ultimate/Weddings), fully returned within 48 hours post-event if intact.
- No children over 1.2m on inflatable equipment (toddler-safe limit).
- Shoes (including parent heels) MUST be removed before stepping on mats.
- Strictly NO face paint, food, drinks, or sharp toys allowed on soft play.
- Equipment is sanitised thoroughly before and after every party.
Booking fees are non-refundable. If severe weather prevents safe outdoor setup or >1 week notice is given, your damage deposit is transferable to any future date within 6 months.

Perfect for birthdays, christenings, weddings and special events, our setups create a safe, stylish and stress-free play environment for little ones. Delivery, setup and collection are included, so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.
Designed primarily for children aged 0–5, our soft play equipment can be used indoors or outdoors and includes ball pits, balance beams, step & slide, rockers, rainbows, ride-ons and hoppers.

The XL ball pit measures 9 ft and holds up to 5,000 balls, with an optional 5 ft double slide. Our pastel and white bouncy castles are toddler-sized, 7 ft high and designed for children aged 6 and under.
For a more personalised celebration, choose from themed setups, personalised ball pits, bouncy castles and soft play, welcome signs with easel hire and digital invitations. Bespoke packages are also available to create a setup around your individual event.
EXAMPLE PACKAGES
- Mini Play Date Softplay: 4 hours, £100. Includes a 3 × 3 ft ball pit with 400 balls, Step & Slide, Double Rocker and a Hopper or Ride On.
- Mid-week Play Date: 4 hours, £150. Includes a 400-ball pit, Step & Slide, Castle Blocks, Double Rocker, Hopper or Ride On and wooden toys.
- Midweek Play Date + Nanny: 4 hours, £220. Includes the soft play setup, wooden toys and nanny service.
Setup is included within a 5-mile radius of GU4, with additional mileage charged thereafter. A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. A damage deposit of £50 or £100 applies depending on the package and is returned within 48 hours after the event if there is no damage.
SAFETY & BOOKING
Pop Up Softplay states that it has public liability insurance, up-to-date DBS checks, PIPA-tested bouncy castles and PAT-tested equipment. Children over 1.2m are not permitted on the inflatable equipment. Shoes, jewellery and sharp items must be removed, while food, drinks and chewing gum are not permitted.
To enquire, simply provide your event date, time, occasion, venue and preferred equipment. Once availability has been confirmed, a booking form will be provided.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Safety & Compliance
- Insurance Coverage: We hold full Public Liability Insurance.
- Staff Vetting: All our team members have up-to-date DBS checks in place.
- Equipment Certification: All bouncy castles are PIPA tested, and all electrical equipment is PAT tested for safety.
2. Payment & Deposit Policy
- Booking Fee: A non-refundable £50 booking fee is required to secure your date.

Damage Deposit:
- A £50 deposit is required for standard packages.
- A £100 deposit is required for Luxe & Ultimate packages, including weddings and bespoke setups.
- Deposits will be fully refunded within 48 hours after the event, provided there is no damage to any equipment.
- Balance Due: Full payment must be settled 14 days prior to the hire date.
3. Cancellation Policy
Booking Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
Deposit Transfers (Notice given > 1 Week or Bad Weather):
If notice is given more than 1 week prior to the event, or if we are unable to set up on the day due to severe weather conditions, your damage deposit will be transferred to a future booking (valid within 6 months).
Late Cancellations (Within 10 Days of Hire):
For non-weather-related cancellations made within 10 days of the hire date, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
In addition, for cancellations within this 10-day window, the full balance will remain payable (minus the £50 booking fee).
